Welcome to A Little More Conservation ("Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

Use of the Website

​The Website provides a platform for visitors to learn about and support non-profit organisations working on the conservation of ecosystems and wildlife species. You may use the Website to learn about these organisations and their projects, and to donate or volunteer with them. If you choose to donate through the Website, A Little More Conservation will retain a 10% commission on the funds.

 

By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

 

Donations

10% of all donations made to NGOs via the Website will be retained by A Little More Conservation as a commission. All donations are non-refundable.

 

Volunteering

The Website facilitates volunteer applications but are not responsible for any harm, injury, or issues that may occur during the volunteer experience.

 

Intellectual Property

All content and creatives on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of A Little More Conservation or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without the prior written permission of A Little More Conservation.

The Website contains links to third-party websites, but is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

NGO Verification Process

NGOs must complete our multi-step verification process to be listed on the Website. The onus is on the NGOs to provide accurate and transparent information. A Little More Conservation will not be liable for any incorrect or misleading information provided by NGOs.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

A Little More Conservation will not be responsible for any damages or losses arising out of the use of our services. A Little More Conservation makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided on the Website. You use the Website at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold A Little More Conservation and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees that may arise or may be incurred as a consequence of any default, breach, non-observance, non-performance or negligent act whatsoever by the non-profit organisation (or its beneficiary) of any terms, conditions, stipulations, provisions and/or violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party more particularly stated herein and/or in any individual agreements executed by A Little More Conservation and you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. By agreeing to these Terms of Use you expressly agree that the place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai. A Little More Conservation is based in India in all respects. For any disputes involving A Little More Conservation whether as a formal party or otherwise, the jurisdiction shall exclusively be with the courts in Mumbai, India.

Cancellations and Refunds

Donations once made cannot be refunded.

Volunteering applications can be withdrawn within a stipulated time.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute involving A Little More Conservation, whether as a formal party or otherwise shall be resolved by arbitration of a sole arbitrator appointed by A Little More Conservation and in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be in Mumbai and the language to be used in all proceedings shall be English.

A Little More Conservation and you agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims between us. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted. It includes, but is not limited to:

• claims arising out of or relating to any aspect of the relationship between us, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory;

• claims that arose before this or any prior agreement (including, but not limited to, claims relating to advertising);

• claims that are currently the subject of purported class action litigation in which you are not a member of a certified class; and

• claims that may arise after the termination of this Terms and Conditions

 

References to "A Little More Conservation", "we", "you", and "us" include our respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, predecessors in interest, successors, and assigns, as well as all authorized or unauthorized users or beneficiaries of Services or devices under this or prior agreements between us. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of this Terms of Use.

 

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and A Little More Conservation and govern your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements between you and A Little More Conservation with respect to the Website. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or third party services, third party content or third party software. The failure of A Little More Conservation to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. You may not assign these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of A Little More Conservation, but A Little More Conservation may assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without restriction. The section titles in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
